Rational Heating Element Repair and Client Satisfaction

We encountered a typical malfunction of the Rational heating element unit. Even with proper care and no scale build-up in the boiler, the heating element failed, essentially due to "old age". This caused a short circuit and water began leaking from the boiler through the electrode. Fortunately, it didn`t damage the CleanJet pump located below the boiler. We fixed it, replaced the necessary parts, and the client is satisfied.
