Berkel Slicer Maintenance and Restoration

A slicer is an invaluable assistant in the kitchen. While it may often seem sidelined, it plays a pivotal role in food preparation. We disassembled a Berkel slicer and cleaned the carriage guide, which had become dirty and obstructed its movement. After cleaning, we reassembled the device and restored it to full operation.
